Very nice area, on a lively street with restaurants and bars. Yet, the room was very quiet, probably due to the interior yard. Appartment was big, with everything you need. Clean, good air conditioning. Nice and comfortable bed. Good service at reception (even after 6pm). Checkout very easy (just left key at the entrance). Good air conditioning, without which it is impossible to sleep. Good level of security, you need codes, access card to get in, take lift etc. I recommend this location.

Brilliant , modern, spacious, apartment. Spotlessly clean. Easy check in process. Staff super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Great location for the price. Easy to get to all main attractions - 20-30 minutes by foot, metro or buses. Supermarkets 5 minutes away. Bustling area with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from, a patisserie/ boulangerie practically on the doorstep. The hereafter is set back from the main street so really quiet. We didnt hear a thing. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank-you!

We came to Paris for a half-marathon and our stay at Cadet Residence turned the trip into an extremely enjoyable experience. Transport proximity is great, there are many good restaurants nearby and multiple supermarkets. The apartment itself was nice, with an equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Also, the windows were looking into an inner courtyard, so it was completely silent at night.

Fantastic facilities in a very comfortable room. The residence was walking distance to Gare Du Nord as well as to the Louvre and to Montmarte. It is also close to very good bakeries and mini-marts. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff were very helpful. We hope to be back!

Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms. Quick and easy check-in and out. Two metro stations round the corner take you virtually anywhere in less than 15 minutes. But the main, standout feature is the neighbourhood: the choice of high-quality non-tourist-trap affordable food options from morning till night is simply stupendous. Superb bakeries, sit-down breakfast options, cafes, brasseries, a rotisserie, pizza places, noodle bars, Thai street food, all in a radius of less than 50 meters. It would probably take months to explore all food options within 5 minutes walking distance.

The location for us was great. Lots of good local restaurants, close to the Metro, and we could also walk to a lot of things. The staff were helpful and organized a taxi for us on the last day as we had to leave at 5:30 am. It was nice having accommodation with extra room to put your feet up or have a meal if you didn’t have to go out

We've stayed here twice, and would happily stay here again. Clean, stylish, excellent location, friendly staff. On checkout day, we left bags with reception until 6pm On the street = rotisserie chicken shop, bakers, fruit and veg shop and several restaurants. Close to Cadet Metro station. 15 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette

Great location in a lovely street, with good restaurants near by. The accommodation was in a secluded courtyard, so quiet from road noise. The property was secure, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave baggage prior/post check in/out. Great to have space and good facilities in the room.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, several restaurants and shops are very close. The appartement is very clean and the double bed is big and comfortable.
